WHO WE ARE
Fate Special Foods is a small family company which produces baking mixes suitable for those on a low protein diet. It was founded by Eileen and Martin Green in 2001.
Both their daughters were diagnosed with PKU - an inherited metabolic disorder where treatment is a medically controlled low protein diet. Determined for her daughters to stick to the diet, and enjoy their food, Eileen developed the Fate range of low protein mixes, and recipes to make delicious low protein food.
Over 20 years later and Eileen is still developing recipes.
