Fate Special Foods is a small family company which produces baking mixes suitable for those on a low protein diet. It was founded by Eileen and Martin Green after their two daughters, were diagnosed with Phenylketonuria (PKU) – an inherited metabolic disorder where treatment is a medically controlled low protein diet.
